How to prepare your NEET UG documents

  1. Take a clear photo in good light, or scan the paper (signature, thumb impression, declaration) at 200 DPI if you have a scanner.
  2. Upload it in the matching box below. Rotate and adjust the crop so only the face, signature or impression is inside.
  3. Tap “Make it fit”. We resize to the required pixels and pick the highest quality that fits the KB range.
  4. Check the green ticks, then download each file or all of them as a ZIP and upload them on the official portal.

My file is smaller than the minimum KB. What should I do?

Use “Make it fit”. We keep the highest JPEG quality allowed; if the image is still too small (common for simple signatures), we add harmless padding inside the file so it meets the minimum size. The picture itself does not change.

Will the portal accept a photo taken on my phone?

Usually yes, if it is sharp, well lit and on a plain light background. Crop it to the face and shoulders using the box above. Avoid filters, beauty modes and selfies at arm’s length.

Are my photo and documents uploaded to ConvertRight?

No. Everything runs inside your browser. Your files never leave your device, and nothing is stored after you close the page.

How do you know these specs are correct?

We read the official notification and link it under “Official sources” with the date we last checked (19 Oct 2026). Specs can change between years, so open the notification for your cycle if anything looks different.
